By using our sites, submitting any opt-in form, registering for any masterclass, workshop, or event, downloading any freebie or lead magnet, booking any call, or participating in any free or paid program offered by Nicki Wildflower LTD or Slice Squad Consulting, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use our sites or services after changes are posted, you agree to accept those changes. If you do not agree, please do not use our sites or services.

Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all interactions with Nicki Wildflower LTD and Slice Squad Consulting, including but not limited to: use of our websites, submission of any opt-in form, registration for any masterclass, workshop, or event, download of any freebie or lead magnet, booking of any discovery or sales call, and participation in any free or paid program. By taking any of these actions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

For paid consulting programs, your signed Service Agreement governs and controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Owners And Collectors Of Information

These terms of use apply to your use of all of the Sites and services owned, hosted, or operated by Nicki Wildflower, (collectively "we," "us," or "our"), including the following: NickiWildflower.com or theslicesquad.com

These terms of use also apply to any other site that we have owned or operated, do own and operate or may own or operate in the future including social media sites (collectively, the "Sites"). Unless we say otherwise, all references to the Sites in these terms of use include all such Sites. These terms of use do not apply to your use of unaffiliated Sites to which any of the Sites may link to or direct you to.

"Service" refers to the various programs, products, and resources provided by Slice Squad Consulting, including but not limited to coaching, workshops, and online courses.

"User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

As a User, you agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

A2P Messaging Terms and Conditions

  • Message Content: Messages sent through A2P's messaging service may include updates about services, transactional information, marketing promotions, and service alerts. We commit to ensuring that the content of these messages is accurate, relevant, and compliant with CTIA guidelines.
  • Opt-In and Opt-Out: Users can opt-in by texting "START" or "SUBSCRIBE" to receive messages by providing their phone number through our platform. To opt-out, text "STOP" to our designated short code. Upon opting out, we will send a confirmation message. Users can rejoin the service anytime by signing up again.
  • Help and Support: For assistance with our messaging program, users can reply with the keyword HELP or contact us directly at support@nickiwildflower.com. We are committed to providing timely support for issues related to our A2P messaging, in alignment with A2P and CTIA standards.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or received from us. The frequency of messages will not exceed one message per day.
  • Privacy and Security: We prioritize the privacy and security of user data in our A2P messaging service. Personal information is protected and not sold or shared with unauthorized parties. For detailed information on our data practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  • Compliance and Updates: Our messaging service adheres to applicable laws and regulations, including telecommunications and data privacy laws. We regularly review and update these terms to ensure ongoing compliance, in line with A2P and CTIA standards.
  • CTIA Compliance: We align our messaging practices with CTIA guidelines, ensuring a commitment to user privacy, clear communication, and responsible messaging.

Restrictions

The contents of our Sites are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property of their owners. All information on the Sites is copyrighted by Nicki Bianco. Unless otherwise noted, you may access and use the information and materials within the Sites for your personal use. You may not change, modify, delete, display, transmit, adapt, exploit, or copy for distribution or sale any information, material, trademark, or copyright on the Sites. Submissions

We welcome your comments about any of the Sites. However, we will not review or consider any unsolicited creative submissions or suggestions for topics on our blogs, podcasts, seminars or within our newsletters or products. We hope you will understand that this policy is intended to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings in the event that ideas developed by our staff might seem to be similar to the ideas submitted to us. Accordingly, we must ask that you not send us any original creative ideas, suggestions or materials.

If, despite our request, you send us any idea, suggestion or material ("Submission"), it shall become our property. We will not be subject to any obligation of confidence for any Submission, and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission. Forums

A "forum" means any blog comments, message board, chat room, user review forum or other interactive service appearing on any of the Sites and includes both public boards and private forums. You must register in accordance with instructions that you will find on the Sites in order to contribute to any forum. You may not post on any forum, or send to any other forum user or our staff, any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person's privacy, violates any intellectual or other property rights, or that would otherwise violate any law. You may not use any forum in a commercial manner.

You may not post material that solicits funds, or that advertises or solicits goods or services. You may not post material known to be false. You may not post messages that contain stock touts. You may not post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component.

We are not responsible for material appearing in any forum on the Sites, except for material signed by one of our identified representatives. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied effectiveness of the ideas or strategies listed on this site as well as those that are provided in our products or to our participants at our events.

Neither we nor any of our respective licensors or suppliers warrant that any functions contained in the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Sites or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

We do not endorse, warrant or guarantee any writers, speakers, products or services offered on the Sites or those we link to.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nassau County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Dispute Resolution

BY USING ANY OF OUR SITES, SUBMITTING ANY OPT-IN FORM, OR REGISTERING FOR ANY EVENT, MASTERCLASS, WORKSHOP, FREEBIE, OR PROGRAM OFFERED BY NICKI WILDFLOWER LTD OR SLICE SQUAD CONSULTING, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PURSUE CLAIMS IN COURT OR BEFORE A JURY.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Nassau County, New York. Each party irrevocably waives the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

To the extent any applicable state law provides rights that cannot be waived by contract, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will we or any of our licensors or suppliers be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials or information on the Sites, or any products or services provided pursuant to the Sites, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Where no payment was made, our total liability is limited to $100.

Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused in connection with your use of any advice, goods or services you receive from a guest speaker on our Sites or at one of our events.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

No Professional Advice

The information contained in or made available through the Sites cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, medical, psychological, or legal matters. We and our licensors or suppliers make no representations or warranties concerning any treatment, action, or application of medication or preparation by any person following the information offered or provided within or through the Sites.

Nicki Wildflower LTD and Slice Squad Consulting are not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory service. Nothing provided by The Company — including masterclass content, workshop materials, consulting sessions, emails, social media content, freebies, or any other communications — constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional business advice.

All business decisions made in connection with any content, program, event, or service provided by Nicki Wildflower LTD are solely your own responsibility. Nicki Wildflower LTD is not responsible for the outcome of any business decision you make, whether or not it was influenced by strategies, recommendations, or guidance provided by The Company. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results, and by your use of the Sites, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions, or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

All products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Parental Permission

Users of our Sites hereby understand that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented on our Sites are copyrighted and proprietary, so users agree not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from our information in any manner whatsoever without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of our Sites' proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and The Company will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.

Miscellaneous

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. If any of these terms of use are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms of use, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These terms may be modified by our posting of changes to these terms of use on our Sites, with at least fourteen (14) days notice for material changes.
