The services, strategies, and recommendations provided by Slice Squad Consulting are intended for educational and informational purposes only. While we share proven methods that have supported revenue growth and operational improvements for many clients, individual results will vary based on factors such as business model, personal effort, skill level, and external market conditions.
Nicki Wildflower LTD offers a Fifty Percent (50%) Hourly Earnings Increase Guarantee during the first ninety (90) days of consulting services. For purposes of this guarantee, "Hourly Earnings" means the average amount of revenue generated per hour worked behind the chair, in treatment, or actively providing services to clients within your business.
If, by the end of the first ninety (90) days, you have not achieved at least one (1) qualifying week reflecting a 50% increase in Hourly Earnings compared to your established baseline — and you have fully complied with all requirements — Slice Squad Consulting will continue to provide consulting services at no additional cost until you achieve the guaranteed increase.
Baseline Calculation: Baseline Hourly Earnings are calculated by dividing total revenue generated by total hours worked while servicing clients during the four (4) consecutive full weeks immediately preceding your Welcome Call.
Important: This guarantee is conditional and applies only to clients who meet all participation, implementation, and tracking requirements. It does not apply universally. Please refer to your signed service agreement for full details.
To qualify for the 50% Hourly Earnings Increase Guarantee, you must meet all of the following requirements:
You are required to accurately track and document all requested business metrics — including revenue and hours worked while actively servicing clients — using Company-provided tracking systems. Failure to update required trackers for more than fourteen (14) consecutive days voids eligibility for the guarantee.
The guarantee shall not apply under any of the following circumstances:
Salon Teams: The guarantee applies only if all participating team members fully implement the recommendations provided. Full participation from all team members is required.
If you close, pause, sell, or otherwise discontinue active operation of your business during the consulting period, the 50% Hourly Earnings Increase Guarantee becomes null and void. No refunds or service credits will be issued in the event of a business closure or exit, regardless of reason.
Clients are responsible for their own business decisions. You acknowledge that business continuity is your responsibility and that choosing to cease operations is not grounds for invoking the guarantee or terminating this Agreement without full payment.
Slice Squad Consulting and Nicki Wildflower LTD shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses resulting from the use of our advice, strategies, or materials. We encourage all clients to perform due diligence and consult with a financial or legal advisor when making critical business decisions.
"Hourly Earnings" means the average amount of revenue generated per hour worked behind the chair, in treatment, or actively providing services to clients within your business — calculated by dividing total revenue by total hours worked while servicing clients.
While we are confident in our ability to help clients increase their Hourly Earnings, individual results will vary based upon implementation, effort, consistency, market conditions, business model, pricing decisions, client retention, scheduling practices, and factors outside of our control.
Except for the 50% Hourly Earnings Increase Guarantee specifically outlined herein, no guarantee of income, revenue, profit, client acquisition, business growth, or financial performance is expressed or implied. External factors — including changes in the economy, personal circumstances, or other unforeseen events — may also impact your results.
