 No refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds shall be issued for subscriptions, consulting services, or deposits provided by Nicki Wildflower LTD. All fees paid for services, including but not limited to subscription charges, consulting fees, and deposits, are expressly non-refundable. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. This includes both month-to-month, 6 month, and annual plans.Client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically.

Contacting Support: For subscription cancellations or any inquiries regarding our refund policy, please contact our support team at support@nickiwildflower.com. They will be happy to assist you with the necessary steps for cancellation.

Services: For services provided by Nicki Wildflower LTD, including consultations, training sessions, certifications, or any other professional services, fees paid for these services are non-refundable.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Refunds:

Subscription Services: All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated subscriptions. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please reach out to our support team at support@nickiwildflower.com for assistance. All cancellations must be performed at least 5 days in advance of the next billing cycle. 

Deposits and Payments: We do not offer full or partial refunds for deposits or payments made for any of our services, including but not limited to consulting services or extension certification services (either online or in person). 

Cancellation of Services: Should you choose to discontinue our services, any fees or deposits paid up to that point are non-refundable. 

Exceptions: Our refund policy is designed to be consistent across all our services. We do not make exceptions for full or partial refunds under normal circumstances.

Deposit Application Clause: All deposits made for specific services with Slice Squad Consulting must be applied within a period of 1 year from the date of deposit. After the initial 6-month period, deposits for specific services cannot be guaranteed for the originally intended service. In such cases, Slice Squad Consulting reserves the right to apply the deposit to a service that best fits the client’s needs, as determined by Slice Squad Consulting.

Deposit Application Period: All deposits must be applied within 1 year from the date of deposit.

Service Period: Deposits made for specific services are for application to the intended service within the first 6 months from the date of deposit.

Post-6-Month Period: After the initial 6-month period, deposits for specific services are subject to availability and may be applied to a service that best suits the client’s needs, as determined by Slice Squad Consulting.

Third-Party Charges: Clients assume the responsibility of remitting fees and charges attributed to third-party vendors whose services are engaged in conjunction with the services offered by Nicki Wildflower LTD, including but not limited to internet access providers and telephone carriers.

Cancellation Policy:

Legacy App Subscriptions

If you are on a legacy app subscription and wish to cancel, subject to the terms outlined in your agreement, such termination shall be executed by logging into their designated Nicki Wildflower Account, accessing the pertinent subscription or service page, clicking on settings, and selecting the “Change” or “Cancel” options beneath the relevant order. A confirmation email receipt shall be dispatched to the client, providing details concerning the expiration date of the subscription or service. Clients bear the responsibility of effecting proper account termination. Support services are available for inquiries and assistance, to be initiated before or on the payment due date at support@nickiwildflower.com

Client acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their channel subscription (both month-to-month . 6-month, and annual plans). Client may cancel their subscription by logging into their Nicki Wildflower Account and going to the applicable subscription page, clicking settings and choosing the “Change” or “Cancel” options under  the selected subscription order. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription. Client can learn how to cancel, delete, or update their account here.  Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You must email support before or on the payment due date. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help.

Automatic Renewal: The renewal of all subscriptions, encompassing month-to-month, 6-month, and annual plans, consulting services, and deposits, is automatic and shall transpire following the conclusion of each remunerated subscription period.

Clients may terminate their subscription or services at their discretion, subject to the terms outlined in this policy. 

Subscriptions

Nicki Wildflower LTD maintains a firm no-refund policy and does not offer full or partial refunds.  If you select a monthly subscription, this operates on a recurring basis every 30 days. This subscription can be canceled by reaching out to support@nickiwildflower.com. 

All cancellations must be requested 5 days prior to the next billing cycle. This action will not affect your current subscription but will prevent future renewals. When canceling a  subscription, it  will be canceled at the end of your current term. Failure to complete payment will result in service cancellation. 

Client Agreement:

Zero Tolerance for Disrespectful Behavior: Nicki Wildflower LTD maintains a stringent zero-tolerance policy concerning disrespectful behavior, inclusive of discrimination and harassment. Consequences for such transgressions encompass immediate contract termination, rendering any guarantees null and void. Clients found in violation will be proscribed from participating in any future educational opportunities provided by Nicki Wildflower LTD, spanning digital, in-person, social media, or any other medium.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased.

Digital Products: For digital products, including but not limited to downloadable content, software, and online courses, all sales are non-refundable. Once the product is downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned.

Chargebacks and Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or payment processor without prior communication with Nicki Wildflower LTD is a violation of this policy. Such actions may result in the suspension of your account and legal action to recover the funds.
